You can transfer an existing number to your RingCentral account. First, establish a RingCentral account with a toll-free or local phone number and then send a blank email to transfer@ringcentral.com. You will receive further instructions via email.

Local numbers cannot be transferred into the RingCentral service at this time.

Within the last two weeks, we had to make several business related trips to California. The first was to Los Angeles and the second trip was to San Francisco. During these trips we were out of the office and gone for a total of 7 days.

We used our RingCentral service to keep in touch with our customers while traveling. We simply had RingCentral forward all of our calls to our cell phones. RingCentral also sent us text messages with the phone numbers of our calling customers. All we had to do was click on the link and we were connected to our callers.

While we were out of the office and shop, we were totally able to stay in touch with our customers and never lost one opportunity for a direct sale.
